Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Banking, Financials and Communication sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.09%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Nova (TASE:NVMI), which rose 3.78% or 1,320.00 points to trade at 36,210.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE) added 3.77% or 2,810.00 points to end at 77,420.00 and Bank Hapoalim (TASE:POLI) was up 1.61% or 50.00 points to 3,150.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT), which fell 4.42% or 279.00 points to trade at 6,028.00 at the close. Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) declined 3.95% or 31.30 points to end at 761.00 and Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) was down 3.92% or 1,350.00 points to 33,100.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 297 to 158 and 36 ended unchanged.
Shares in Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) fell to 3-years lows; falling 3.95% or 31.30 to 761.00. Shares in Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) fell to 52-week lows; falling 3.92% or 1,350.00 to 33,100.00.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.64% or 1.11 to $68.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.63% or 1.20 to hit $74.89 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.46% or 8.85 to trade at $1,922.45 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.99% to 3.66, while EUR/ILS rose 1.32% to 3.89.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.15% at 104.11.
