(Reuters) - General Dynamics Corp (N:GD), maker of Gulfstream jets, tanks and U.S. Navy ships, reported a nearly 1 percent decline in quarterly revenue, hurt by lower aircraft sales.
The company's net earnings rose to $717 million, or $2.30 per share, in the first quarter ended April 3, from $716 million, or $2.14 per share, a year earlier.
Revenue fell to $7.72 billion from $7.78 billion.
