Investing.com – Finland stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Telecoms sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 added 0.02%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V), which rose 4.56% or 0.250 points to trade at 5.730 at the close. Meanwhile, Cargotec Oyj (HE:CGCBV) added 3.16% or 1.47 points to end at 48.02 and Nokian Renkaat Oyj (HE:NRE1V) was up 1.86% or 0.71 points to 38.85 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sampo Oyj A (HE:SAMPO), which fell 0.92% or 0.40 points to trade at 43.06 at the close. Fortum Oyj (HE:FORTUM) declined 0.87% or 0.13 points to end at 14.80 and Nokia Oyj (HE:NOKIA) was down 0.65% or 0.032 points to 4.912.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 73 to 65 and 13 ended unchanged.

Brent oil for May delivery was up 0.05% or 0.03 to $56.04 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in April rose 0.26% or 0.14 to hit $53.34 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.55% or 6.70 to trade at $1218.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.02% to 1.0584, while EUR/GBP rose 0.25% to 0.8671.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 101.68.
