Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrials, Oil & Gas and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.91% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were A.P. Moller - Maersk B (CO:MAERSKb), which rose 4.03% or 420 points to trade at 10840 at the close. Meanwhile, A.P. Moller - Maersk A (CO:MAERSKa) added 3.92% or 390 points to end at 10340 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 2.11% or 12.5 points to 604.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which fell 0.45% or 1.3 points to trade at 286.7 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 0.26% or 3.0 points to end at 1172.0 and Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) was up 0.13% or 0.3 points to 235.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 80 to 38 and 18 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.34% or 0.18 to $53.01 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.22% or 0.12 to hit $55.81 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.67% or 7.80 to trade at $1158.00 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.06% to 6.9974, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4363.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.06% at 101.06.
