Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.37%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 2.01% or 28.0 points to trade at 1420.0 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) added 1.78% or 210 points to end at 12000 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) was up 1.67% or 190 points to 11570 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which fell 0.82% or 0.90 points to trade at 109.30 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) declined 0.66% or 1.8 points to end at 269.1 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) was down 0.10% or 0.5 points to 524.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 54 and 14 ended unchanged.
Shares in Nets A/S (CO:NETS) fell to all time lows; losing 0.82% or 0.90 to 109.30.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.37% or 0.18 to $48.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.19% or 0.10 to hit $51.27 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.17% or 2.05 to trade at $1203.45 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.09% to 6.9715, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4345.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.23% at 101.15.
