Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Chemicals, Real Estate and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.05% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa), which rose 2.49% or 280 points to trade at 11540 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) added 2.10% or 250 points to end at 12170 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 1.66% or 5.3 points to 323.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which fell 3.09% or 3.80 points to trade at 119.30 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 2.21% or 5.40 points to end at 239.40 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was down 0.85% or 2.2 points to 257.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 70 to 38 and 29 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.63% or 0.34 to $54.10 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.42% or 0.24 to hit $57.13 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.72% or 8.45 to trade at $1172.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.63% to 7.0529, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4341.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.74% at 102.14.
