Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Industrials, Public Services and Services sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1), which rose 1.03% or 340.0 points to trade at 33320.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Corporacion Financiera Colombiana SA (CN:CFV) added 0.68% or 180.0 points to end at 26820.0 and Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) was up 0.67% or 140.0 points to 21180.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO), which fell 1.79% or 25.0 points to trade at 1375.0 at the close. Etb (CN:ETB) declined 0.96% or 6.0 points to end at 618.0 and Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p) was down 0.85% or 280.0 points to 32600.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 14 to 7 and 8 ended unchanged.

US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.22% or 0.28 to $125.90 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 0.72% or 14.00 to hit $1967.50 , while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.60% or 7.74 to trade at $1289.76 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.79% to 2916.50, while BRL/COP rose 0.94% to 890.78.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 96.64.
