Checkmate Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:CMPI) 332% HIGHER; Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:REGN) agreed to acquire the company for $10.50 per share in cash.

System1 Inc (NYSE:SST) 28% LOWER; registration statement on Form S-1, was declared effective.

Axsome Therapeutics (NASDAQ:AXSM) 27% HIGHER; received and agreed to Postmarketing Requirements/Commitments proposed by the FDA with respect to the New Drug Application (“NDA”) for its AXS-05 product candidate for the treatment of major depressive disorder. Based on this interaction, the Company anticipates potential FDA action on the NDA in the second quarter of 2022.

Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Nasdaq: NASDAQ:SMCI) 14% HIGHER; sees third-quarter net sales of $1.3-$1.35 billion versus the prior outlook of $1.1-$1.2 billion, and the consensus of $1.14 billion. Sees EPS of $1.40-$1.50, versus the prior guidance of $0.70-$0.90 and the consensus of $0.80.

American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE:ACC) 13% HIGHER; PE firm Blackstone (NYSE:BX) agreed to acquire the company for $65.47 per share in cash.

NETGEAR Inc (NASDAQ:NTGR) 12% LOWER; lowered its Q1 revenue estimate to $202-$212 million from the prior guidance of $225-$240 million and the consensus of $251.2 million.

Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF) 9% HIGHER; will sell Telephonics Corporation to TTM Technologies , Inc. (NASDAQ:TTMI) for $330 million in cash.

WeWork Inc (NYSE:WE) 7% HIGHER; Piper Sandler imitated coverage with an Overweight rating and a $10 price target.

Plug Power Inc.(NASDAQ:PLUG) 7% HIGHER; announced an agreement with Walmart Inc. (NYSE:WMT) for an option to deliver up to 20 tons per day of liquid green hydrogen to power material handling lift trucks.

Zendesk (NYSE:ZEN) 6% HIGHER; reports from Reuters the company hired Qatalyst Partners to explore a potential sale.

Stellantis NV (NYSE:STLA) 6% LOWER; to suspend production at its Russia plant due to logistical difficulties and sanctions imposed on Moscow.

ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ACAD) 4% LOWER; a Phase 2 trial of ACP-044 for acute pain following bunionectomy surgery failed to meet the primary endpoint.

NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ:NXPI) 3% LOWER; Citi downgraded to Neutral with a price target of $190.

Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) 2% HIGHER; Truist Securities upgraded to Buy ahead of the company's analyst day.

Eastman Chemical (NYSE:EMN) 2% LOWER; BofA Securities downgraded to Neutral.

Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.35, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.21 billion.

Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) 1% HIGHER; Apollo or another private equity firm could back Musk's or another bid for the company.
