Litecoin Climbs 10.22% In Rally

Investing.com - Litecoin was trading at $53.542 by 05:37 (09:37 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Thursday, up 10.22% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since August 17.

The move upwards pushed Litecoin's market cap up to $3.09B, or 1.58% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin's market cap was $14.10B.

Litecoin had traded in a range of $51.718 to $53.654 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a drop in value, as it lost 4.48%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $291.96M or 2.51% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $47.34 to $58.44 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 87.25% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.

Bitcoin was last at $6,445.4 on the Investing.com Index, up 2.88% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $191.65 on the Investing.com Index, a gain of 9.37%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $110.99B or 56.77% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum's market cap totaled $19.34B or 9.89% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
