Investing.com - EOS was trading at $4.9801 by 06:52 (10:52 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Thursday, down 16.32% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since September 5.

The move downwards pushed EOS's market cap down to $4.55B, or 2.25% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, EOS's market cap was $17.53B.

EOS had traded in a range of $4.8537 to $5.1903 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, EOS has seen a drop in value, as it lost 15.2%. The volume of EOS traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $1.07B or 5.53% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $4.85 to $6.81 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, EOS is still down 78.33% from its all-time high of $22.98 set on April 29.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Bitcoin was last at $6,372.5 on the Investing.com Index, down 9.53% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $224.11 on the Investing.com Index, a loss of 13.68%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $110.69B or 54.81% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum's market cap totaled $22.96B or 11.37% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
