Trend is not your friend, don't follow the trend lagging the market makers.   Follow the price, your friend is the price, buy when all the guys crying of losing big money without waiting for the return from the bottom it may be too late to buy. And sell when all parties telling you the shers will make higher highs at historic highs, they will sell to you :)
