Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II - Invesco Solar ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC. The fund invests in public equity markets of global developed markets region. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across utilities, independent power and renewable electricity producers, independent power producers and energy traders, renewable electricity, electric power by solar energy sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the MAC Global Solar Energy Index, by using full replication technique. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across extraction of coal, petroleum, or natural gas, or if the company is engaged in the business of generating electricity for sale to third parties using coal, petroleum (oil), or nuclear fuel sectors. Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II - Invesco Solar ETF was formed on April 15, 2008 and is domiciled in the United States.
