If Chinese companies listed in the USA are transformed into another entity (eg a non-profit entity), any shareholder can request withdrawal from the company and receive the value of the shares at the value resulting from an expertise. If the value of a stock resulting from the expertise is higher than the price of the shares on the stock exchange, then it would be appropriate to buy from the stock exchange.It is noted that, against the background of negative news, the volume of traded shares is very high. It is possible for someone to know something and gather actions.
