It operates through four segments: Manufacturing, Retail, Property Development, and Property Investment. The Manufacturing segment manufactures textile garments. The Retail segment is involved in retailing garments. As of June 30, 2016, this segment operated 85 retail outlets in Malaysia under a portfolio of 12 international fashion brands, such as Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Warehouse, Karen Millen, Pumpkin Patch, Wallis, BCBG, Ben Sherman, Burton, and Furla. The Property Development segment develops residential and commercial properties. The Property Investment segment invests in commercial and hotel properties; and provides project management services, as well as maintains properties. Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad also trades in garments; and operates service apartments. The company was formerly known as DNP Holdings Berhad and changed its name to Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad in November 2010. Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad was incorporated in 1966 and is headquartered in Penang, Malaysia. Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad is a subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings Limited.
