Vinaconex 21 Joint Stock Company operates as a construction company in Vietnam. The company engages in the construction and installation of civil, industrial, transportation, airports, ports, tunnels, water supply and drainage, post offices, culture, hydroelectricity, thermal power, wind power, lines and transformer stations, technical infrastructure works, residential and urban areas, industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech parks, and irrigation projects. It also invests in consulting in technology equipment and design marketing automation, housing development, technical infrastructure, new economic zone, export processing zone, and industrial parks, and bidding consulting, project supervision, and management consulting. In addition, the company engages in motel and hotel; and technical consulting services. Further, it is involved in topographic survey, hydrogeology, construction measurement activities; and engages in travel and tourism businesses, as well as produces, process, and trades in construction and interior and exterior decoration. Additionally, the company acts as a sales agent for domestic and foreign companies. It exports machinery, equipment, spare parts, automation technology, and construction materials. The company was formerly known as Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company No.21 and changed its name to Vinaconex 21 Joint Stock Company in April 2012. Vinaconex 21 Joint Stock Company is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
