What is the Intrinsic Value of UNITECH ? As on 19-Feb-2021, the Intrinsic Value of UNITECH is Rs. 7.04 determined based on Median of the 3 historical models. Fair Value [Median EV / EBIDTA Model] : Rs. -14.59 Fair Value [Median EV / Sales Model] : Rs. 5.11 Fair Value [Median Price / Sales Model] : Rs. 8.97 Median Fair Value of UNITECH : Rs. 7.04 Is UNITECH trading at a Premium or Discount? top court modified one of the directions of the high court, which had confined the liability to pay interest only with effect from October 14, 2015, and said that the interest would accrue from the date when a particular sum was paid.
