With negative cash-flow they are certainly going to raise cash by selling more stocks And why not? Look for an announcement tonight or tomorrow but definately this week!

Shlomi Berg I don't know what's happening, the company though is doing well financially. I also don't have the required volatility to predict, it's a hard stock, and something seems not right. the stock must go high, or I'll request IROC to investigate this merge through a letter
