Every day that SNDL delays their filings they will lose investors...Confidence in management is waning between the nasdaq compliance, delayed merger, delayed financials, etc... SNDL need to get to work for its investors!!
SNDL isn't delaying anything, merger was completed, delayed yes but that's normal in business, financial reporting has nothing to do with sndl but rather the accounting firm that must certify the Financials, this earnings call will tell us alot about when the current share buy back will start and hopefully the announcement of another round of share buy backs, sndl is working hard for its investors!! Zach has turned this little grow operation into a four pronged monster, with growing, retail, banking and liquor retail, ya I'd say they have been working pretty hard to prove to investors to hold on and be patient!!
You kinda contradicted yourself there, a delay is a delay, and there are lots of promises that SNDL is not currently keeping up with. Yes, you need to be patient but even looking long term, SNDL cannabis revenue is about 7 times smaller than their top competitors. So while legalization may bring this stock up to a healthy value, it will still be 7 times poorer than their competitors. For this to be a long term hold SNDL management needs to be doing better, plain and simple. Say waht you want about alcannal and sunstream but so far its not enticing people to invest.

the dilution is being rectified with the purchase of alcanna and stock buy backs, this time next year they will have close to a billion $ in revenue, it will be above a $1 soon and $4-5 next year
