In addition, it offers wealth management services; succession planning and family governance services; and investment solutions, including traditional, alternative, and private equity funds, as well as derivatives, structured products, and international real estate services. Further, the company is involved in the provision of advisory and brokerage services to high net worth individuals and institutional investors; bank guarantees and other credit facilities; medium and long term loans to finance expansion projects, trade and project finance, loan syndications, and structured finance; payment, collection, and guarantee instruments; financial engineering services; and leasing services. The company was formerly known as Middle East Investment Bank and changed its name to Société Générale de Banque - Jordanie in December, 2002. The company was incorporated in 1965 and is based in Amman, Jordan.
