Net debt to Equity ratio at 101.4% is too much to trust within current interest rate rising environment. Dividend earnings payout 59% and cash payout 75%, not bad. However, should interest rates keep rising, we could see CPINV down to 12€ in February 2023

Not only Orpea's reputation affected Care Property, but also non-stop interest rates increases from ECB is dragging down as real state market sentiment decreases due to less atractiveness due to more expensive cost of loans. Care Property will follow inflation steps before rising up again. If inflation starts to decrease, then it will go up. Meanwhile, a recession might be around the corner and people may no longer be able to afford hired elderly care systems then
