they are two similar companies (i own both and a few others in the sector) i would say that crowd are definitely in the lead, but S has much lower valuation (and massive dilution)

nice earnings, a lot of diluted shares that were given to employees, compered to last year that a big increase, but should be expected since they just IPO'd.
