Roca Mines Inc. is a Canada-based company. It is engaged in the exploration, development and mining of resource properties in North America. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Forty Two Metals Inc., operates the Max Molybdenum mine southeast of Revelstoke British Columbia, which is a producer of molybdenite. The MAX Molybdenum claims and related holdings cover approximately 8,200 hectares in the Revelstoke Mining Division. As of August 31, 2010, the Max Molybdenum mine was not operational. As of August 31, 2010, it held a 100% interest in the Foremore Project, which is located in the Liard Mining Division, British Columbia. The Company also holds a 50% interest in the SeaGold Project. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Minera ROK, S.A. de C.V., holds property interests in Mexico. During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), its molybdenum production was 1,381,631 pounds.
