I am reading the S-1 filing and it says 1 year for SPAC sponsors (release 18 august 2021), 150 days after acquisition IF price is above 12$ for 20 out of 30 days (has not happened) and 30 days after acquisition for ordinary shares (release 5 august 2021).

The current price is the rock bottom price possible as nearly as the SPAC price. Since listing, raw material costs rose nearly 5 times and attracted $100 million investments along the exclusive contracts with GM and LG Batteries, a largest battery manufacturer. Imagine US production line is in full operation and ESG Grants by states will take LICY to the moon.🚀🚀🚀🌛🌝
