This is a little confusing whether OSTK is a keeper or not. The earnings are good but not as good as the last quarter. The earnings were great last time but they sold senior notes or something to dilute the stock price. That's why it went down almost 40% from all time high. What do you think? It will go up or down near future?

its always a good idea to sell a percentage after a big move. Like at the roulette wheel dont leave money on the table. Take some profits and be happy with the rewards and move on.

They've been selling this thing hard.
Overstock would've been a fine stock, but the presense of OSTKO gives me the chills. So if I wanted to buy 5% of this company it would be stupid for me to buy OSTK. I should just buy OSTKO, which is harder to buy, but makes sense for any serious long term investor. So it makes OSTK a pure speculator's vehicle that has no intrinsic value over OSTKO. And I don't want to pay $20 per share premium to speculators as a fee for god knows what. The priviledge to sell on NASDAQ? Well maybe a few cents for that, but not 20 bucks. Thank you, but no.

No. If you want a share of this company you can buy it for $60 instead of $80. Just buy OSTKO, it gives you the same share + the dividend.

OSTK owns tZERO Markets (which is now a broker/dealer registered with the SEC. They also own Voatz which is a blockchain voting platform AND much, much more. Just the online retail along is worth WAY more than most realize without the high potential blockchain assets...
So retail+blockchain was worth $5/sh, now in pandemic everyone buys online and stock is worth 20x more? What happens when pandemic is over?
Ostk is way more than online retail.
Take a look back my comment at 08/14, I already prophesy that this stock is going fall down, when it was on top.
Easy to “predict” a fall when a stock is soaring... the entire market corrected. Big money always takes profits and starts a dip, so don’t be so high on your educated guess.

why not to try in other small Companies that are a very future option? there are a lot of small companies that are very cheap and u cana range better benefits if you invest there and wait, than here.
