Oando PLC, through its subsidiaries, provides energy solutions in Nigeria and internationally. The company operates through Exploration and Production, and Supply and Trading segments. In addition, it engages in financial trading and hedging activities; and shipping and chartering activities. The company was formerly known as Unipetrol Nigeria Plc and changed its name to Oando PLC in December 2003. Oando PLC was founded in 1956 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Oando PLC is a subsidiary of Ocean and Oil Development Partners Limited.

Openness about what's going on in the company will restore investor confidence. The Mgt promised early release of the 2019 and 2020 financial reports. It's now over 2 months since they made this promise during the 42nd AGM, yet they don't give explanations for the delay.

The crisis in Oando is over. Rapid improvement now. In the 6 months, there will be 2 AGM for the accounts 2019 and 2020. And by half of next year. 2021 audited financial will be her way to the market.

Untruthful and corrupt leadership is the problem Oando. Unless the current management is booted out, Oando will remain a case of falling from grace to grass.
