The company also provides management, maintenance, corporate, and facilities services; asset management and financial services; and fund management and advisory services, as well as operates winery and vineyards, car park, marina, and recreation clubs. Mulpha International Bhd was incorporated in 1974 and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
