not really sure whats going to happen with stock I own,, anyone knows?
Zero, Sell if u can
Too late, locked up. Shares gone.
Shares will most likely open for OTC trade (pink sheets) within days. They will still be worth something, though expect a big drop. Who would buy? Probably some short sellers who'd rather cover at 0.10-0.20 cents instead of waiting maybe 2 months for share cancellation (loan fees for shorting are still extremely high, saw 400% annual rate yesterday)
Mdr is not trading now everyone is stuck and looted money
shares will be cancelled? Meaning if we buy today, there is no way to benefit the upgoing curve when the group gets back on track, right?
It's not confirmed until judge approves bankruptcy plan, but essentially yes. New shares will likely be issued with a new ticker ID when they eventually emerge from bankruptcy, the old shares having no value or relation to the new.
Toilet paper
Hope you all got out in time; can't see price not totally collapsing once halt is lifted
Prepackaged chapter 11... Lummus being sold for 2.7b or higher at auction. Stock will be delisted/shares cancelled in the proposed reatructuring
Can u anyone know what is going on mdr stock is it bc ?

Price will go up again. Just wait.
please explain?
Time To Buy!
Doubt BK is the eventual outcome. If that is the case, David Dickson and his management will face a plethora of lawsuits from shareholders, stakeholders and SEC for deliberately misleading the market. With Freeport and Cameron LNG successfully wrapping up, lucrative assets under its belt, US$20 billion backlog and US$1.7 financing, it is difficult to see how MDR can declare BK so easily. Doubting the truth of WSJ articles. Fake news.
what happened? why this dropped?
bankrupt within week announced
See the newest article in the news section.
do you think it will eventually go back up to 1:20 - 1:60?
INSANITY. High of 1.74 today 12/30, plummeted back down to 0.75 at abt 2pm, now creeping back up to 1.00+ within minutes. ******
With bankruptcy talks having been announced, doubt it'll go back to 1$. RIP MDR
I've lost over $1400
hope you didn't sell
It will bounce back
They have too much debt, unfortunately. Company will "survive" in some form even with bankruptcy; likely that customers will get served, employees will still have jobs, main creditors will get paid; and shareholders will be left with nothing. Even the company bonds are now trading at 5-6 cents (was as "high" as 25-30 a month ago, 90ish during the summer) on the dollar; coming back from such a situation without chapter 11 would be a miracle, sad to say. Only hope I see is if Lummus division gets sold, at the 2-2.5 billion price mentioned a few months ago, and soon, but there has been no hint of concrete offers let alone price (and interested buyer might wait for a "discount" in bankruptcy proceedings).
Since they have good assets, I still have hopes, it will bounce back. I am still taking risk.
Is close to bankrupt
Bk is comming soon.
Hehe this will make me more than Apple did!
Market is pricing in the likelihood of chapter 11 bankruptcy. You could gain a fortune, or more likely lose everything. Getting close to the 100m marketcap, under which they can be delisted; could be the last warning sign there'll be.
- I completely agree. Gambling on this is riskier than gambling on PCG, which I also scooped up shares in, but I am also not betting what I am not willing to loose. also why I call this kind of investment a "gamble". I think it has a 30% chance of going rags to riches if only for a quarter. 30% is far better odds than you will get from any scratch ticket.
