International Leasing and Financial Services Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides various financing services in Bangladesh. The company provides lease finance to procure industrial machinery, commercial equipment, office equipment, generators, vehicles, vessels, engines, etc.; term finance to meet various regular capital/fixed expenditures; SME finance to small and medium entrepreneurs for small scale trading, manufacturing, and service ventures; and finance against work orders from multinational companies, local blue-chip companies, large NGOs, bank/financial institutions, and government organizations. It also offers real estate finance for the purchase of apartment/house/commercial space/approved housing plots; project finance for start-up companies or on-going companies; and syndicated finance for larger financing requirements of its clients. In addition, the company operates as a primary dealer for buying and selling government bills and bonds to individuals and institutions; margin loans; and offers merchant banking services, such as investment management and investment banking services, as well as stock brokerage, custodial, and depository participant services. Further, it engages in the issue management, underwriting, capital raising, merger and acquisition, etc. Additionally, the company accepts deposits from local and foreign corporate bodies, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions, as well as individuals. International Leasing and Financial Services Limited was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
