It is involved in the provision of management services to syndicated properties comprising residential, commercial, or office properties; cattle farming activities; and travel, hospitality, logistics, and financial services activities. In addition, the company engages in the development of residential, commercial, office, and integrated properties; operation of commercial, and sports and wellness centers; and building and civil engineering contracting activities. Further, it offers landscaping and security services; and freight forwarding, airline, travel agency and tour operator, courier, stevedoring, transport, port related, boat cruises, shipping, and catamaran sightseeing services, as well as operates golf courses and hotels. Additionally, it engages in providing IT and management services. The company was formerly known as The Savannah Sugar Estates Company Limited and changed its name to ENL Land Ltd in November 2010. ENL Land Ltd was founded in 1821 is based in Moka, Mauritius.
