Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIX) is an Australia-based company that invests in infrastructure investments. AIX comprises Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited (AIFL) and Australian Infrastructure Fund Trust (the Trust). As of June 30, 2012, the Company’s portfolio included Perth Airport, Australia Pacific Airports Corporation Limited, HOCHTIEF AirPort Capital Group, Queensland Airports Limited, Airport Development Group Pty Ltd, Statewide Roads and Metro Light Rail and Monorail. On February 29, 2012, AIX sold its interest in Port of Geelong Unit Trust and Infrastructure Investment Corporation. On March 23, 2012, AIX sold its interest in Metro Transport Sydney and Sydney Light Rail Company. On May 23, 2012, the Company completed the divestment of its 50% equity interest in Port of Portland. In June 2013, Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited ceased to be substantial shareholder of the Company.
