The company was formerly known as Aqualis ASA and changed its name to Weifa ASA in August 2014. Weifa ASA was founded in 1940 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway. As of October 6, 2017, Weifa ASA operates as a subsidiary of Karo Pharma AB (publ).
