The company also offers hiring out of onshore and offshore drilling rigs to parties involved in oil and gas exploration and production; and oil field services, including directional drilling, surface logging services (SLS), wireline services, cased hole logging, and pressure pumping, as well as drilling and completion fluids. The company was incorporated in 1972 and is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. ADNOC Drilling Company P.J.S.C. operates as a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
