Abu Dhabi Aviation, together with its subsidiaries, owns and operates helicopters and fixed wing aircraft in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. It operates through four segments: Helicopter and Fixed Wing Operations, Commercial Aircraft Operations, Air Cargo, and Investments. The company provides charter flight services and third-party maintenance services; commercial air transportation and aircraft management services; and air cargo services to local and international customers using its fleet of aircrafts and chartered aircraft. It also offers flight operations services, including seismic/construction, flight charters, photography, oil support, medical evacuation, firefighting, and search and rescue services, as well as helicopter emergency medical services. In addition, the company provides engineering and technical services, such as major overhauls, heavy maintenance, aircraft modification, refurbishment, and repainting, as well as fixed wing, engine, wheels, brakes, and structural support maintenance services. Further, the company offers investment properties ownership; real estate and facilities; real estate lease and management; aviation training; and advisory and implementation consultancy services. Abu Dhabi Aviation was founded in 1976 and is based in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
