A Brown Company, Inc. engages in the real estate development business primarily in the Philippines. The company operates through Real Estate Development, Agricultural, Power and Utilities, and Holding segments. The company develops land into commercial and residential subdivision; sells lots and residential houses; and provides customer financing for sales. It also develops land for palm oil production; and sells palm oil and other palm products, including refined bleached deodorized oil, palm olein, crude palm oil, palm stearin, palm acid oil, palm fatty acid distillate, and palm kernels. In addition, the company engages in operation of power plants and/or purchase, generation, production supply, and sale of power; holding properties; and palm oil milling, gold mining assets investment, and real estate brokerage activities. The company was formerly known as Epic Holdings Corporation and changed its name to A Brown Company, Inc. in July 1993. A Brown Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1966 and is headquartered in Cagayan de Oro City, the Philippines.A Brown Company, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of PCD Nominee Corporation (Filipino)
