Highest carry over by a lot and rising world supply. Maybe $9.50 by end of year and judging by SAM crop $10 nov might be the high for 2019 unless something crazy happens

I think it is a good sign, the 5-7% of the soybean crop left behind from the harvest last month that many of those fields were harvested last week in MO.
