1. Fysical (Singapore)

Fysical is a decentralized protocol that handles location databases. Geolocation services currently get purchased by more than thousands of organizations from industries such as advertising, real estate, financial service providers, and scientific organizations interested in computer training.

Fysical denotes several problems of the current data market situation, the key issues here being: the lengthy process of paying data providers (90-120 days) and problems with verifying the data supplied. These are supposed to be solved through usage of smart contracts based on Ethereum and the resulting transparency of transactions, both monetary and informational.

The target sector of the Fysical project is the exchange of location data, which has become an important component of complex data sets, known today as “big data”. Location data is data that provides information about where a person is and where he was. Using advanced data analytics, one can create models to predict and aggregate movement of people and traffic, providing a huge precedent for business and governments.

Because of high quality and accuracy of location data, possibilities are endless, and cost-effectiveness can be fully realized, especially given that the network of sensors and the Internet of Things (IoT) devices will grow exponentially. Fysical seeks to create a blockchain-based protocol that will allow peer-to-peer transmission, transparency, ownership, and increases in efficiency of ecosystem data.

Any business, person or machine can freely request data purchases from Fysical. Data buyers can see the audit trail of all data entered in the blockchain, which clearly identifies the true source of the data. Data buyers pay data providers for FYS tokens. All transactions are performed using the Ethereum blockchain.

The tokenometrics of the Fysical project:

The number of tokens - 1,000,000,000; 400,000,000 (40%) will be released during the ICO; the cost of the token is defined as 1 ETH = 18,888 FYS. The hardcap of the project: 21.176 ETH (about $ 18 mln). Token Sale: TBA.

The project team consists of experienced managers and executives:

CEO Ben Smith - graduated from BSBA, founded Fysical labs, worked at SunGard Financial Systems.

COO Justin Mann - graduated from BSBA, worked in Fysical labs and in the First Republic Bank, in the research department.

CTO John Livingston Foley III - graduated from the University of Iowa, worked at TimeTrade Systems, Inc as a SaaS Software Engineer and Lead Web Developer at Zoom Telephonics.

Rich Garfield graduated from Computer Science, specializing in Computer Science, worked at Turo, Nanigans, BevSpot, and held the position of Software Architect.

Fysical features several successful blockchain startups on their partnership list:

Signum Capital is located in Singapore. It exclusively invests in companies with blockchain support. It has a number of successful projects in its portfolio.

Kyber Network is a successful ICO project that comprises a decentralized exchange that allows one to instantly trade and convert cryptocurrencies.

Streamr is one of the world's largest providers of human location data in the advertising industry. Fysical will work with Streamr to sell data on its stock exchange in real time.

Summing up, it can be noted that the project has a public team, which speaks at various conferences and most likely has a partnership with large funds coming up soon. Fysical has quality partners that have proven themselves in the cryptocurrency market as well as in the real world.

The Whitepaper describes the problem well, but there’s almost no information on how the platform will work. There is also no description of the economy of the token. The data market is constantly growing and if Fysical really implements a worthwhile solution in which its FYS tokens work, the project will be successful.

A preliminary estimate from The Tokenbox is 6/10. The recommendation is not to invest given this market in the current situation.
