Following a 6.9 percent decline, China silicon price finished as the week’s biggest mover this week.
Chinese cobalt cathodes prices were off slightly, down from a week ago. The price of neodymium did not change since the previous week.
Prices for Japanese steel plate remained constant. Korean steel plate remained essentially flat from the previous week. The price of Chinese steel plate did not change, and US steel plate prices held steady from the previous week.
Meanwhile, the US grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) coil prices increased 1.1 percent over the past month, the third straight increase in the past couple months.
