Connext Expands Multi-Platform Trading Experience
Connext has officially introduced cTrader and TradingView integration across its trading ecosystem starting July 20th, marking a major step in the company’s platform development plans.
The launch gives traders more flexibility when analyzing markets, placing trades, and managing strategies. By adding two of the industry’s most popular trading platforms into its ecosystem, Connext aims to create a smoother and more connected trading experience for its users.
TradingView integration allows traders to access advanced charting tools, live market analysis, and a large library of indicators and strategies directly within the Connext environment. TradingView has become one of the most widely used platforms among traders who focus heavily on technical analysis and multi-asset market tracking.
At the same time, the launch of cTrader provides traders with a more advanced execution platform that includes faster order handling, deeper customization options, and professional trading tools.
According to Connext, the integration was developed to match the changing needs of modern traders.
“Many traders already use TradingView for chart analysis and cTrader for execution,” the company said. “This integration helps create a more natural trading workflow by allowing users to stay connected to platforms they already know and trust.”
The company added that the online trading industry has changed significantly over the past few years. Traders today are paying more attention to platform stability, execution speed, and overall user experience instead of looking only at spreads or leverage.
Connext believes the addition of TradingView and cTrader helps reduce the gap between market analysis and trade execution, especially during fast-moving market conditions.
The company also shared that traders now expect more than simple market access. Many are looking for platforms that can provide smoother navigation, reliable execution, and easier access across desktop and mobile devices.
AI Becoming Part of Daily FX Operations
Alongside the platform launch, Connext also highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in the future of the FX industry and within the company’s own operations.
AI has become one of the fastest-growing technologies in financial markets. While many people associate AI with automated trading systems or signal generation, Connext explained that the technology is also helping improve many operational areas behind the scenes.
The company said AI is currently being used in several parts of its daily operations to improve efficiency, monitoring, and response times.
This includes intelligent systems that help monitor platform activity, identify technical irregularities faster, improve performance during busy trading periods, and support customer service teams with quicker handling processes.
Connext explained that AI is not being used to replace human teams, but instead to support daily operations and improve overall service quality.
“As trading environments become more complex, brokers also need stronger operational systems,” the company stated. “AI helps improve efficiency, supports faster internal processes, and strengthens platform stability for clients across different regions.”
The company believes AI will continue becoming more important in areas such as infrastructure management, operational monitoring, and long-term scalability as trading activity grows globally.
Across the financial industry, many companies are now increasing investment into AI-related systems to improve client experience, operational speed, and security management. For Connext, the launch of cTrader and TradingView, together with its growing use of AI, forms part of a broader strategy focused on technology and platform development.
Since its establishment in 2022, the company has continued expanding its infrastructure, trading ecosystem, and multi-platform accessibility as part of its global growth plans.
Connext said future developments will continue focusing on smarter technology, stronger trading infrastructure, and smoother user experience as trader expectations continue evolving worldwide.
