Investing.com – U.S. stocks rallied over 1% early Monday as FBI cleared Hillary Clinton in its fresh probe of her email use.
The {{|DJI}} was up 1.48% at 10:00 ET, while the S&P 500 added 1.57%.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq composite was 1.74% to the good.
Clinton edged ahead of Donald Trump in voter intentions ahead of the November 8 presidential election.
The market was also buoyed by a recovery in oil futures.
Priceline.com Incorporated (NASDAQ:PCLN) was up 1.63% at $1,447.47 ahead of its Q3 earnings report after the market closes.
