Taiwan stocks lower at close of trade; Taiwan Weighted unchanged
Investing.com – Taiwan stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as in the sectors led shares .
At the close in Taiwan, the Taiwan Weighted unchanged 0.00%.
The best performers of the session on the Taiwan Weighted were Century Iron (TW:9958), which unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to trade at 9.94 at the close. Meanwhile, Super Dragon (TW:9955) unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to end at 17.85 and Sanfar (TW:9946) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to 11.55 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Twn Cement (TW:1101), which unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to trade at 36.05 at the close. Asia Cement Corp (TW:1102) unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to end at 27.30 and Chia Hsin Ceme (TW:1103) was 0.00% or 0.00 points to 8.95.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Taiwan Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.20% or 0.09 to $44.76 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.24% or 0.11 to hit $46.63 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.18% or 2.35 to trade at $1328.05 a troy ounce.
USD/TWD was down 0.23% to 31.340, while TWD/CNY fell 0.09% to 0.2118.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.09% at 95.44.
