Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.11%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were ASSA ABLOY AB ser. B (ST:ASSAb), which rose 1.54% or 2.7 points to trade at 178.3 at the close. Meanwhile, Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb) added 1.51% or 0.75 points to end at 50.40 and Getinge AB ser. B (BS:GETIBs) was up 0.77% or 1.2 points to 156.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nordea Bank AB (ST:NDA), which fell 0.88% or 0.90 points to trade at 101.30 at the close. H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) declined 0.82% or 1.9 points to end at 228.5 and Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) was down 0.66% or 1.6 points to 242.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 365 to 302 and 89 ended unchanged.
Shares in H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) fell to 3-years lows; losing 0.82% or 1.9 to 228.5.
Crude oil for May delivery was down 0.55% or 0.27 to $49.04 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.08% or 0.04 to hit $51.72 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.22% or 2.65 to trade at $1232.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.07% to 9.4791, while USD/SEK fell 0.10% to 8.8253.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 100.18.
