Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Technology and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 2.43% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa), which fell 0.46% or 0.22 points to trade at 47.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) fell 0.48% or 5.5 points to end at 1144.5 and Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b) was down 0.96% or 0.94 points to 96.84 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb), which fell 4.67% or 13.8 points to trade at 281.7 at the close. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb) declined 4.46% or 2.40 points to end at 51.40 and Investor AB ser. B (ST:INVEb) was down 4.38% or 16.7 points to 364.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 603 to 50 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.02% or 0.67 to $64.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.73% or 0.50 to hit $68.08 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.14% or 1.90 to trade at $1339.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.04% to 9.8417, while USD/SEK rose 0.25% to 7.9270.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.34% at 89.34.
