Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Industrials, Oil & Gas and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 added 0.20% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Volvo, AB ser. B (ST:VOLVb), which rose 2.40% or 3.46 points to trade at 147.46 at the close. Meanwhile, Atlas Copco AB ser. A (ST:ATCOa) added 1.86% or 6.1 points to end at 334.2 and Atlas Copco AB ser. B (ST:ATCOb) was up 1.46% or 4.3 points to 298.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Boliden AB (ST:BOL), which fell 2.23% or 5.80 points to trade at 254.20 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (ST:NDA) declined 1.61% or 1.70 points to end at 103.80 and Alfa Laval AB (ST:ALFA) was down 1.33% or 2.4 points to 178.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 374 to 332 and 71 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.46% or 0.23 to $49.79 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.04% or 0.02 to hit $52.55 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 1.69 to trade at $1265.51 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.38% to 9.5527, while USD/SEK rose 0.16% to 8.7904.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 99.13.
