STRS Ohio, a large public pension fund that services active, inactive, and retired Ohio public educators, increased its position in Lordstown Motors (NASDAQ:RIDE) by 52.6% in the second quarter, according to its most recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The fund now holds 106,800 shares of the company’s stock, approximately 0.05% of the company, worth $168,000 at the end of the most recent reporting period.
Other large investors that have altered their position on the electric vehicle company include BlackRock Inc (NYSE:BLK) which lifted its position by 4.1% during the 1st quarter. Invesco Ltd (NYSE:IVZ) increased its holdings of Lordstown by 21.8% to 7,182,108 shares of the company, worth $24,491,000. NISA Investment Advisors LLC raised its holdings in Lordstown Motors by 133.4% in the first quarter. NISA Investment Advisors LLC now owns 8,170 shares of the company’s stock worth $28,000 after purchasing an additional 4,670 shares during the period.
Shares of RIDE are up 0.58% in pre-market trading on Monday.
