Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Petrochemicals and Multi Investment sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.52%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1212), which rose 4.73% or 2.60 points to trade at 57.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Alinma Hospitality Reit Fund Unit (TADAWUL:4349) added 4.29% or 0.39 points to end at 9.49 and Americana Restaurants (TADAWUL:6015) was up 4.05% or 0.15 points to 3.85 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Alamar Foods CJSC (TADAWUL:6014), which fell 5.04% or 8.20 points to trade at 154.40 at the close. National Company for Learning and Education SJSC (TADAWUL:4291) declined 4.63% or 4.00 points to end at 82.40 and Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040) was down 4.30% or 2.80 points to 62.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 176 to 75 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.75% or 2.16 to $76.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 2.34% or 1.99 to hit $83.15 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.35 to trade at $1,851.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.23% to 4.01, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.07% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 103.83.
