Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Insurance, Agriculture & Food and Multi Investment sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.16%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Electrical Industries Co (SE:1303), which rose 10.00% or 1.76 points to trade at 19.36 at the close. Meanwhile, Bawan (SE:1302) added 9.87% or 1.38 points to end at 15.36 and Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker (SE:1214) was up 6.64% or 0.56 points to 9.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Steel Pipe Company (SE:1320), which fell 3.73% or 0.90 points to trade at 23.20 at the close. Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210) declined 3.21% or 2.80 points to end at 84.50 and Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140) was down 2.80% or 2.20 points to 76.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 106 to 62 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.11% or 0.63 to $56.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.92% or 0.61 to hit $65.69 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.98% or 12.65 to trade at $1298.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.03% to 4.2166, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.31% at 97.322.
