Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Multi Investment and Transport sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.38%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320), which rose 10.20% or 2.00 points to trade at 21.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050) added 9.84% or 1.85 points to end at 20.65 and Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SE:2120) was up 9.09% or 1.10 points to 13.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070), which fell 9.73% or 3.30 points to trade at 30.60 at the close. Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) declined 9.68% or 0.60 points to end at 5.60 and Alujain Corporation (SE:2170) was down 3.32% or 0.65 points to 18.95.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 118 to 36 and 17 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.24% or 0.13 to $53.90 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.19% or 0.11 to hit $56.74 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.53% or 6.10 to trade at $1152.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.38% to 3.9484, while USD/SAR fell 0.03% to 3.7500.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.28% at 102.37.
