Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Hotels & Tourism and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.24%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210), which rose 9.89% or 2.80 points to trade at 31.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Printing & Packaging Company (SE:4270) added 9.62% or 1.65 points to end at 18.80 and Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070) was up 6.51% or 1.50 points to 24.55 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310), which fell 1.55% or 0.30 points to trade at 19.10 at the close. National Agriculture Development Co (SE:6010) declined 1.41% or 0.35 points to end at 24.50 and Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SE:2250) was down 1.40% or 0.30 points to 21.10.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 85 to 62 and 31 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.43% or 0.23 to $53.43 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.43% or 0.24 to hit $56.25 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.31% or 3.85 to trade at $1221.65 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.09% to 3.9661, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7500.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 101.77.
