Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Cement and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 2.39%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Co (SE:2380), which rose 10.00% or 2.14 points to trade at 23.54 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co (SE:8180) added 10.00% or 1.46 points to end at 16.06 and The National Co for Glass Industrie (SE:2150) was up 9.97% or 3.45 points to 38.05 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (SE:8240), which fell 2.17% or 0.80 points to trade at 36.15 at the close. Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company (SE:8040) declined 1.70% or 0.45 points to end at 26.05 and Banque Saudi Fransi (SE:1050) was down 1.02% or 0.45 points to 43.85.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 205 to 13 and 1 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.35% or 0.23 to $66.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.34% or 0.24 to hit $69.91 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.22% or 21.45 to trade at $1784.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.13% to 4.2443, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7514.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 96.172.
