Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Industrial Investment, Energy & Utilities and Building & Construction sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 1.99%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Trade Union Cooperative Insurance (SE:8170), which rose 10.00% or 1.90 points to trade at 20.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) added 9.99% or 1.78 points to end at 19.60 and Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070) was up 9.98% or 4.25 points to 46.85 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Maather REIT (SE:4334), which fell 0.97% or 0.09 points to trade at 9.21 at the close. Sedco Capital REIT (SE:4344) declined 0.78% or 0.07 points to end at 8.87 and Bonyan REIT (SE:4347) was down 0.12% or 0.01 points to 8.67.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 194 to 5 and 3 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.56% or 0.56 to $35.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.29% or 0.49 to hit $37.45 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.52% or 9.70 to trade at $1889.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.13% to 4.3639, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.07% at 94.108.
